RECYCLING CENTER, INC. 630 S. M Street, Richmond, IN 47374. Recycling Center, Inc was founded in 1974 by owners Jack and Debra Edelman. They had a vision to open up a facility that would accept and process post-consumer ferrous, non-ferrous metals, paper and plastic commodities.
